With a master’s degree in integrative psychotherapy, I combine various modalities, including psychodynamic, person-centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), to tailor interventions to meet each client's unique needs. I use creative approaches to deliver therapy to my younger clients and incorporate my unique strategies to meet the needs of all my clients.I specialise in trauma-informed care for individuals of all ages, addressing various types of trauma, including childhood abuse, domestic violence, sexual assault, and intergenerational trauma. Utilising evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, play therapy, and psychodynamic therapy, I provide tailored support to help clients heal and achieve emotional well-being. My culturally sensitive practice ensures a safe and inclusive environment for all.I am fluent in languages such as Urdu/Hindi and Punjabi, allowing me to communicate with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds effectively.I facilitate workshops to equip parents with practical strategies for identifying signs of distress, fostering resilience, and promoting positive coping skills in their children. By empowering parents with knowledge and resources, I create a supportive environment for children's mental health within the school community.Committed to prioritising the safety and well-being of those under my care, I maintain rigorous training in safeguarding and utilise sound clinical skills and risk assessments to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all individuals.
